Getting Measured, Your Way

Wherever you're based, there's a way to get accurately measured before we begin your piece.

Visit Our Studio

Come in for a precise, hands-on measurement session at our Accra studio — ideal for first-time clients and bridal pieces.

Home Measurement

Where available, we can arrange a measurement visit to you. Ask us about availability and any travel fee for your area when booking.

Submit Your Own Measurements

Based abroad or unable to visit? We'll send you a measurement guide to help — follow it, submit your numbers when you book, and we'll confirm anything that looks off before we cut fabric.

Self-Measurement

Measurement Guide

If you're submitting your own measurements, follow these steps carefully. We'll review everything with you before production begins.

  1. 01

    What you'll need

A soft measuring tape, a mirror, and — ideally — a second person to help. Wear fitted clothing (or the undergarments you'd normally wear under the finished piece).

  2. 02

    Bust / Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

  3. 03

    Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, usually just above the belly button.

  4. 04

    Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, roughly 20cm below your waistline.

  5. 05

Shoulder to Waist / Shoulder to Floor

For tops and dresses, measure from the shoulder seam down to the waist; for gowns, continue down to the desired hem length.

  6. 06

    Arm Length & Sleeve

Measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist (or desired sleeve end), and separately around the fullest part of the upper arm.
